Important Dates and Deadlines for 2012

Feb 01, 2012: $75 registration fee and first $75 installment payment due!

Mar 01, 2012: second $75 installment payment due!

Apr 01, 2012: third $75 installment payment due!

May 01, 2012: fourth $75 installment payment due!

June 01, 2012: applications must be postmarked on or before this day

                        last day to cancel for refund ($75 registration fee is non-refundable)

July 15, 2012: camp begins at 1:30pm (no early birds, please!)

July 20, 2012: talent show at 6:30pm

July 21, 2012: camp ends at 10:00am (additional fees may apply for late pick-ups!)

If you are in need of financial assistance by way of a full or partial campership for your child, please fill out an application above or contact the DHHARC. We do ask that parents/guardians contribute the $75 registration fee and then whatever they can afford. Assistance is given on a first-come-first-serve basis.
