DHHARC -Reno/Sparks is exciting to announce that there will be ASL Film showing on Sunday, November 9th at 2 pm at Wooster High School. Some of you saw ASL Films, “Wrong Game” last March. This time it will be “The Legend of the Mountain Man”. This film is a family-friendly story that will be enjoyed by viewers of all ages.
“The Legend of the Mountain Man”, set in picturesque Montana, features a typical dysfunctional family of five. The father, who has been at odds with his parents for many years, decides to send his three children to his parents' ranch for the summer. The children unexpectedly encounter a creature, one that has never been seen nor recorded in history books. Viewers accompany the children on a heartwarming journey as they navigate the family’s past and try to reconcile some of the estranged family members.

In this workshop, Jeremiah Smith will share some of the lessons he’s learned from the best poker players in the world while working on Full Tilt Poker Acacdemy. He was able to put tips from pros like Allen Cunningham, Howard Lederer and Chris Ferguson into practice himself when he made it to Day 5 of the WSOP main event this summer.

This workshop is the perfect opportunity to practice your skills before the World Deaf Poker Tournament (www.lasvegasdeaf.org/poker).

We are at a lake, bring something to play under, on top or in the water.
There are showers at the other camp ground about 5 minute easy walk.

Come for the 2 nights, or one day, an afternoon; bring something to BBQ for an evening meal or the Saturday night Potluck. Just spend sometime camping with the ASL classes/club and everyone’s hands in the air. No talking! SHHHHHH! Hear the thundering silence!
