My name is Sara Hellman and I am searching for a deaf interpreter internship to allow me to hone my ASL skills and be more involved with the deaf community. I plan to be an interpreter after completion of college and feel this experience would help me become a better student, interpreter, and more well-rounded individual. I have studied ASL for four years, and have taken classes in middle school, high school, and at TMCC. I have taught friends how to sign and enjoy being among people in the deaf community.
